4a. AI Processing & OpenAI

Our brand analysis pipeline uses large language models hosted by OpenAI to generate portions of your audit report. To produce your report we send the following categories of data to OpenAI's API:

• Your brand name, website URL, and publicly available content from your site
• Business details you provide in the audit intake form (monthly revenue range, product price range, product category, target customer description)
• The open-ended text you submit about your biggest bottleneck and success vision

We do notsend your payment information, billing address, or any credentials to OpenAI. As of the date above, OpenAI's API terms state that data submitted via the API is not used to train their general models. For the current version of that commitment, see OpenAI's API data usage policies.

If you are operating in a regulated industry (healthcare, finance, legal) or under a contract that restricts processing business information through third-party AI providers, please contact us at kevin@kevinbuildsbrands.com before purchasing an audit so we can confirm whether our pipeline is compatible with your obligations.
